Two weeks after armed robbers made off with $44,875 from Maquoketa State Bank in Andrew, investigators have identified one of their suspects, with the help of fingerprints and a former girlfriend.Jason Anthony Brown, 30, of Milwaukee, Wis., was being held in Milwaukee on an unrelated charge of criminal damage to property when he was charged Sept. 16 with first-degree robbery and joint criminal conduct in the Andrew incident.
The second suspect remains at large, as does a woman wanted for questioning. The single teller was unhurt in the robbery.
The money has not been recovered.
