Get Movin' and Marchin'

October has arrived when the sounds of horns, woodwinds and drum cadences float along Bellevue’s Riverview Drive.

The Bellevue Music Boosters from Bellevue Community School District host Movin’ and Marchin’ on the Mississippi Saturday, Oct. 2, in Bellevue.

The event features area 1A and 2A high and middle school marching bands in a parade and field competition. Parade time is 10:30 a.m. in downtown Bellevue. Marchers take to the Bellevue Community High School football field at 12:45 p.m. for the field competition.
